For many months now, we have been in the process of switching to paperless casefiles. We use scanners and try to provide as much information digitally as we can. This has cut down on our paper use and postage costs, as well as made us more efficient. Overall, we recently recycled almost 5,000 pounds of paper and cardboard from old files that are now digitally archived. This effort has resulted in less storage space being required by our office, and the ability to now search for documents that are years old. Check out the progress:
